The Zoom Player registration arrives as an eMail containing an activation key within 24-72 hours of purchase (sometimes sooner). Some mail servers or software may mis-identify the activation key as spam and cause it to be sent to a Spam/Junk folder or erased entirely. If you haven't received your key within 72 hours, this may be the case.

To help us track your purchase, please include information that will help us find it (this includes Transaction ID number, Receipt number, the eMail address used for the purchase, etc).
