Please read before submitting an e-Mail
The Zoom Player registration is sent as an e-Mail containing your activation key right after you successfully complete your purchase order
(except in some cases when buying an upgrade from a previous version) and as a download link on the purchase confirmation page.
Your mail server or software may mis-identify the activation key as junk-mail and send it to your Spam or Junk mail folder (or in
some extreme cases, erased entirely). If you haven't received your key within 24 hours, this may be the case.
To help us track your purchase, please include information that will help us find it (this includes Receipt number, Transaction ID number,
the eMail address used in the purchase, etc).
In cases where the mail system fails, we provide additional registration support on our forum.
