I wrote this program for use with the NVIDIA TV Tool, a third party program which allows for improved TV-Out image quality when used with TNT and GeForce cards. One of the issues with the higher quality is that the TV image is overscanned, and if a video file is played at full screen, large chunks would be truncated by the TV Overscan. In certain situation you may wish to zoom in (cropping black lines, etc...) and this program allows you to do just that. It's very simple and includes sample for use with the Microsoft Media Player.
