There's not much to say about the performance of the player since I did not experience any problems with it. Both audio
and video playback performance was excellent throughout my testing. No complaints here. Video was sharp and brilliant
on both my monitor and television. WinDVD's video performance has always been it's greatest strength and it does not
disappoint in this new version. Audio was crisp and clear from all sources. Unfortunately, I do not have DTS
compatible hardware so I was unable to test DTS passthrough.
Overall, video and audio playback was very smooth with no dropped frames or jerky playback.
